Our legendary Natural Casing Frankfurter's are here!! This Frank put us on the map, literally, by being the first product we shipped nationally.  

Our family recipe made from beef and pork, seasoned with white pepper, allspice, coriander, paprika and the right touch of garlic, stuffed in a natural casing for that fantastic "Snap". So popular we sold them by the bundle straight from the Smokehouse right off the smokesticks!  Approx. 2.25lb Packs 14-16pcs.
