Do You Ship Nationwide?
We ship to all the contiguous 48 states in the US. At present, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or P.O. Boxes.
Why is there a 6lb. minimum purchase?
For many online small businesses today, shipping fees are a major hurdle to try and navigate. We are no different. In our case, the 6 package minimum represented the most cost effective option from the major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and are proud to say our rates are among the lowest in the perishable industry
What If a Product is Out of Stock?
Shipping perishables is time sensitive. There is only a narrow window to ensure orders arrive prior to the weekend. Our products are made daily, and every effort is made to fulfill orders as indicated. However, in the rare occurrence that a product is out of stock and not in production at the time of ordering, we may substitute by adding additional item from your selections.
How and when do orders Ship?
We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS. Our products are shipped in a 1" thick foam lined corrugated container with safe reusable gel cold packs. See our shipping page for more details. Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible but may take 1-2 days to complete if an item is being made.
What Days Do You Ship?
All of our packages are shipped 2-3 Business Day Priority. Our standard shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) Tuesday will be shipped Saturday or the following Monday depending on carrier selected. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.
How Do Your Products Arrive?
We ship our sausage chilled, not frozen, and upon arrival can be prepared immediately. Each package is labeled with a custom identifying batch number and can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or frozen if you desire. If you choose to freeze our Bratwurst, we recommend thawing the night before in your refrigerator prior to preparing.
Can I Include a Special Message For Giving As A Gift?
Yes. Upon viewing items in your cart, please write your personal message in the space provided and it will be included with your order.
How Am I Notified That My Order Has Shipped?
After completing checkout, you can choose to be notified by email or text. Your notification will include tracking and arrival information as well.
