We value your trust and support.  We do our best to provide the most cost-effective shipping rates by subsidizing a portion of the actual carrier cost.  From product to delivery, our goal is to provide a completely enjoyable and delicious experience.  When we prepare packages for any of the carriers, we entrust them to deliver in the time frame they set, however their operation is beyond our direct control.  We understand transit delays are inconvenient and frustrating, as they affect us too. In the event of a carrier delay jeopardizing product integrity, please let us know.  We do whatever we can to make things right, as your satisfaction is paramount.      

Our fully cooked vacuum packed Sausages are shipped chilled (not frozen) in a reusable 1 ½" thick wall foam liner with safe reusable frozen gel packs* designed to thaw during transit to keep products cool. The thick foam liner is then packed in a protective corrugated outer box.

Currently our Standard Shipping Days** are Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) Tuesday will be shipped Saturday*** depending on carrier. At your request, orders after 3pm (EST) Tuesday and by 4pm (EST) Wednesday can be shipped Next Day Air at an additional charge. **Major Holidays may affect ship date by a day or two. If date specific delivery is needed, please let us know in the Special Instruction / Note box in your Shopping Cart or feel free to call or email request.

***While the USPS may not deliver in all areas over the weekend, they still move packages within the system and transit time length is unaffected. If a Federal holiday falls on a Monday, we will begin shipping Tuesday.
