Nürnberger style Cooked Bratwurst - Made famous by Germany's Bavarian region. Mildly seasoned with White Pepper, Ground Caraway, Nutmeg, Ginger and Marjoram.  Your Choice Bun Size 4pcs or Traditional "Long & Skinny” 7-8pcs  

Polish-Style Bratwurst - a tasty blend of Coriander, Cardamom, and Garlic round out this delicious smoked sausage. 1lb (4pcs)

Knackwurst / Knockwurst - Our family recipe made from beef and pork, seasoned with white pepper, allspice, coriander, paprika and the right touch of garlic. The original "Fat Frankfurter" 1lb. (4pcs)

Weisswurst -A finely ground pork sausage, mildly seasoned with white pepper, nutmeg and lemon.  A favorite in southern Germany, traditionally served with sweet mustard and red cabbage. 1lb. (4pcs)

Bauernwurst -  A Frankfurter / Knackwurst style sausage, with lean cuts of pork and mustard seed added.  A traditional German wurst known as "Farmers Sausage"1lb (4pcs)

Jalapeno Cheddar - Our family recipe Smoked Bratwurst with a new twist of fresh Jalapeno Peppers and aged Cheddar Cheese added! 1lb (4pcs)

Cooked Italian Sausage - Our fully cooked Italian style sausage seasoned with cracked black pepper, fennel and just a touch of garlic. 1lb (4pcs)

Andouille - Our Cajun Style Andouille seasoned with Cayenne & Chilis, Garlic, Paprika and Thyme.  Great on a roll with some fire roasted peppers, or added to a Jambalaya or Gumbo! 1lb. (4pcs)

Chorizo - While this might not be be an original family recipe from Germany, we did develop it with a few guys from Veracruz, Mexico! A mild Mexican style Smoked Chorizo  made with fresh Green Onions, Cilantro and Garlic!  Great on a bun, slice and serve along with eggs, or in a Frittata or Quiche. 1lb. (4pcs)
