Nürnberger style Cooked Bratwurst - Made famous by Germany's Bavarian region. Mildly seasoned with White Pepper, Ground Caraway, Nutmeg, Ginger and Marjoram.  

Polish-Style Bratwurst - a tasty blend of Coriander, Cardamom, and Garlic round out this delicious smoked sausage. 

Hungarian Style Bratwurst - A delicious smoked sausage seasoned with Ground Caraway, Coriander, Garlic, Coarse and Fine Black Pepper and Smoked Hungarian Paprika.

Breakfast Sausage - Our fully cooked Breakfast sausage, traditionally seasoned with just the right touch of rubbed sage. Simply brown and serve   . 

Cooked Italian Sausage - Our fully cooked Italian style sausage seasoned with cracked black pepper, fennel and just a touch of garlic. 

Andouille - Our Cajun Style Andouille seasoned with Cayenne & Chilis, Garlic, Paprika and Thyme.  Great on a roll with some fire roasted peppers, or added to a Jambalaya or Gumbo! 

Cheddar Brats - Our traditional German style Smoked Bratwurst, with naturally aged sharp cheddar added.  A nice twist to an Old World favorite!
